1. Data We Collect

• Account Data: We collect your email address and authentication profiles (handled securely via Supabase) when you register.
• Financial Data: We do NOT store or process your credit card numbers on our servers. All sensitive billing data is handled directly by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor.
• Usage Data: We utilize PostHog analytics to reliably track session data, page views, and feature usage. This helps us understand which arbitrage tools are most valuable so we can improve the software.

2. How We Use Your Data

We strictly use your data to provide and maintain the Pure Prophet service, process your subscription payments, send critical account updates, and refine our data algorithms based on aggregate user interaction.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We will never sell or rent your personal data to data brokers.

Your data is only shared with essential infrastructure partners necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase (Authentication & Database)
• Stripe (Subscription Management)
• PostHog (Product Analytics)

4. Cookies & Tracking

Pure Prophet uses standard cookies and local storage tokens to keep you logged into the terminal securely across sessions. We also use cookies (via PostHog) to attribute anonymous page views to signed-in users. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some platform features (such as remaining logged in) may not function properly.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

You possess the right to access, correct, or permanently delete the personal information we have on file. If you wish to delete your Pure Prophet account and entirely wipe your data from our database and analytics layers, please contact customer support. Please note that data required for financial compliance (such as past invoice receipts in Stripe) will be retained as prescribed by law.
