1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pure Prophet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Not Financial Advice (CRITICAL)
Pure Prophet is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer. All data, tape velocity, arbitrage loops, algorithms, and analytical insights displayed on the platform are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not recommend, endorse, or guarantee the profitability of any contract, asset, or strategy. You assume 100% of the risk for any trades you execute on third-party platforms. Past performance of tracked wallets or historical arbitrage spreads does not guarantee future results.
3. Data Accuracy & Availability
While Pure Prophet pulls data from live, public APIs (including Polymarket and Kalshi), we make no representations or warranties regarding the real-time accuracy, latency, completeness, or uptime of the data. Prediction market orderbooks move in milliseconds. We are not liable for any missed trades, slippage, or financial losses incurred due to platform downtime, API rate limits, or delayed websocket feeds.
4. Subscription & Billing
Pure Prophet is a paid software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, billed at a recurring rate of $40/month via our payment processor, Stripe.
All charges are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (Account Settings). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
5. Account Termination & Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the platform or aggressively scrape our proprietary data feeds. We reserve the right to instantly suspend or terminate access (without refund) to any user who attempts to overload our systems, circumvent the paywall, or abuse the API. Your account is for your personal use only; sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
